Now, we are looking for a purpose-driven, strategic and entrepreneurial CEO to lead Impact Hub Berlin into its next chapter of growth and influence.

Your mandate:

• Strengthen and scale our two core business areas: innovation & startup programs and our coworking/community platform

• Sharpen Impact Hub Berlin’s strategic positioning in a rapidly growing and competitive ecosystem

• Build a resilient, future-proof business model with clear economic and systemic impact

• Position Impact Hub Berlin as a leading platform shaping impact as a key driver of economic transformation by 2030

This role requires a rare combination of entrepreneurial acumen, strategic clarity and deep purpose — and the courage to lead in complexity.
