Impact Hub Berlin is looking for a Partnerships & Sales Working Student or min. 6-month Compulsory Intern to join the team and support our growth by delivering diverse tasks within our team, especially outreach to leads and partners.

Your deliverables
- Supporting the creation of offer pitch decks and proposals
- Maintaining the partnership account and answering to daily requests
- Supporting Partnerships & Sales Managers to fill the sales pipeline with highly prospective leads, i.e. through research, outreach, and nurture mails
- Supporting Partnerships & Sales Managers in general workflows, such as organizing events including invitation management, research, and analyses
- Ensuring a smooth usage of the CRM and performing regular data clean-ups
- Assisting the Partnerships & Sales Managers in daily tasks
Your qualifications and skills
- You are a proactive, highly motivated individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships in a collaborative environment
- You pay attention to detail and can present complex information in a simple and aesthetic way
- You enjoy creating pitch decks and offers
- You are outgoing and enjoy exchanging with different people, trying to serve them best
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in German and/or English - German being a strong plus!
- Ideally you are pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Sustainable Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales etc.
- You have the right to work in the EU and are based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (unfortunately, we’re not able to sponsor a visa for this position)
What you can expect to learn in this position
- Insights into a growing team and the creation of all Partnerships & Sales related processes (CRM, Business Development, Sales and Partnerships, etc.)
- The ability to manage diverse stakeholders, characteristics and trending topics of our impact ecosystem verticals from circularity, climate tech, sustainable food to diversity, equity & inclusion;
- The ability to create Partnerships & Sales funnels and pipelines, and monitor a deal through to the close;
- Functionalities of one of the most known CRM tools on the market (Hubspot);
- Contribute to finding the best partners to finance startup support programs to enable impact at scale for a future that works for all.
