As an Argentinean in Europe, my journey has led me to Berlin to work as People Manager at Impact Hub Berlin. I enjoy finding the right talent to enable a company’s purpose, and do so by leveraging experiences in leading and supporting teams as a facilitator, project, events, and community management. I'm passionate about talent acquisition, people in collaboration, enabling spaces, participatory leadership, future of work, diversity, innovation, and technology.

Having co-founded Impact Hub Madrid as part of a network of now 100+ spaces around the world, I bring a wealth of experience in building and nurturing communities. My educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration with a University Degree in Communications.

The purpose of my role is to acquire, engage, retain, evaluate, and develop talent while creating great conditions for collaboration that contribute to Impact Hub Berlin’s mission and financial sustainability.
